Welcome to IRL Social Skills
("Program"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and participation in the Program offered by IRL Social Skills (referred to here as "Program"). By enrolling in or using the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please refrain from using the Program.
1. Eligibility
The Program is available to individuals who are at least 11 years old for teens and adults of any age. If you are a minor (under the age of 18), you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate in the Program.
2. Program Description
The Program is an online platform designed to improve social skills, communication, and emotional intelligence through various activities, tutorials, and exercises. The Program may include live sessions, prerecorded materials, assignments, and group discussions. Access to course materials will be provided for the duration of the Program and may include both free and paid content.
3. Registration and Account Creation
To participate in the Program, you must complete the registration process, providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you agree to notify us immediately.
4. Program Fees and Payment
Some parts of the Program may be free, while others require payment ("Paid Program"). All payments for the Paid Program are due in full at the time of registration unless other arrangements have been made. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and HSA accounts. Fees for the Paid Program are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
5. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are expected to engage respectfully and cordially with other members of the Program. You agree to use the Program for personal growth and development only, and not for any unlawful, offensive, or disruptive purposes. You agree to follow all guidelines provided in the Program and participate actively.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Program, including videos, written materials, and exercises, are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. Participants may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent from the Company.
7. Privacy and Data Collection
The Company respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy, available at this link, explains how your data is collected, used, and protected. By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Code of Conduct
Participants must behave in a respectful manner during live sessions, group activities, and when interacting with others. The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from the Program who violates the code of conduct, including engaging in discriminatory, abusive, or disruptive behavior. Disciplinary actions may include warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the Program without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Program, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Company does not guarantee the success or effectiveness of the Program in improving your social skills or achieving personal goals.
10. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Program at any time for reasons including but not limited to violations of these Terms, non-payment, or failure to comply with the Program guidelines. You may cancel your participation in the Paid Program at any time, subject to the refund policy outlined in Section 4.
11. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the Program, you may request a refund within 14 days of enrollment, provided that you have participated in no more than 2 sessions or activities. Refunds will not be issued after the specified period.
12. Modification of Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants via email. Continued use of the Program after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Oregon.
